Hooded Sweatshirt Pink
Is it acceptable "fashionwise" to wear a t-shirt over a hooded pullover sweatshirt if the sweatshirt is thin?
I would just like to know because I'm looking for ways to cover up my arms (I have these nasty li'l bumps that have something to do with keratin, not cutting) and I think I've seen people do this before but I'm not sure. I would just wear the sweatshirt except I borrowed it from my sister and it says "daddy's little sweetheart" and has a pink monkey on it.

i think it will look fine..
as for the bumps on your arms, just rub lotion on it everyday and wash it in the shower, i had the same thing
you could always get ointment from the doctor too
