Does it hurt more to be shot from a paintball 30 feet away or an airsoft gun??
A guy friend of mine wants me to go to his bday party, they are airsofting. My party is paintballing.. So...
P.S. It is mostly guys, and the point of the game is to protect the girl (me) from the other team of guys, they are trying to shoot me.
It depends totally on the gun. I can take a blast from a high end sniper rifle, but are they playing with spring guns, fully automatic guns or what.
Here is a good way to tell ask them the brand of the airsoft gun. Classic Army, Tokyo Mauri, JG, Echo 1, VFC, G&G, G&P, STAR, ICS are all high end (for the most part) rather high velocity guns.
Any UTG or CYMA gun is junk and could not even hurt from 2 feet. If they do not know the brand than it is a crappy gun.
Airsofting envokes a differnt feeling of pain. Airsoft will sting real bad sometimes.
Paintballs hurt not sting and usually leave a bruise or welt. Airsoft can make you bleed but the point of impact is smaller.
As far as paintballs go I dont think they are using unregulated guns, as that would be aginst field limits and just plain mean.
