Pre-cast & In-situ concrete for low and medium rise framed structures?

compare and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using in-situ concrete, precast concrete, structural steel and timber for the construction of low and medium rise structures, paying particular attention to the idea of sustainable issues. Also does anyone know where I can get a good case study from in relation to this, ive searched everywhere but cant find one?
Also could somone please tell me a little bit more about using in-situ concrete for framed structures

I think I need to write a book for you to answer that lot, its many questions in one.

The main advantage of in site concrete and steel construction is speed of construction strength and cheapness.

BUT concrete is not the most environment friendly product, in fact quite the oposite.
