a question to those who are familiar with quiches?
i have a pie maker, like those ones were you put pastry on the bottom, put in the filling, and put a layer of pastry on top, then put the lid down and cooks by itself, yeah that.
well
i have a recipe for quiche and i was wondering, if i was to use the pie maker (because i can) i just have to put a layer of pastry for the base, put the filling in and thats all right? no need for a layer of pastry for the top?
