well I had leastion when I was I kid but I got sick and was in the hospital. Paerant could not afoard it when I got out. and life kinda took over.
I am not afraid of water or any thing I been whitewater rafting I had a life vest.
I tryed to learn on my own and I sink every time. I am to embarrest to get leasons. what should I do ? help.
I'm not much of a swimmer, and I don't have any such excuse because I completed my lessons and they weren't cheap. I think in the long run it would be best for you to get swimming lessons, either from someone you know or from a trainer who can help you privately. If you happen to fall into a large body of water before that, keep calm! Remember that your body is less dense than water, so if you just relax and keep your face up you should be fine. If you want to get your head completely out of the water, wave your arms back and forth at your sides and pedal your feet as if you were bicycling.
