How do i go rabbit hunting?
is there a special call for rabbits or how do i get them to come to a certain location. and also could i kill one with a .22 long rifle?

If you provide three things and limit another, you will have more rabbits than you know what to do with.
Rabbits need three things, food, water and shelter.
#1 - food plots - plant them in strategic locations
#2 - moving water is best(creek/river) but a pond works just fine.
#3 - shelter/brush piles - whenever you clear brush or cut down trees(branches) use them to build brush piles.
Do all of the above with one thing in mind, a rabbits goal in life is not to be eaten.
You have to limit the number of predators. >You do not want to eliminate them, just don't let them completely take over. In the natural order of things, the number of rabbits, will spike, then mass numbers of predators move in and wipe them out, the predators move on, then the rabbit population bounces back, and on and on, these cycles take a couple of years. If you're on the property, you want to control the rabbit population, so that you also control predators.

Absolutely. I prefer to still hunt, when using a rifle for rabbit. Rabbits are most active at sunrise and sunset, so if you set up on known rabbit trails at those times you generally don't have to wait long.

IMO, one of the neatest little rabbit guns ever is the Savage Model 24 20ga/.22lr - This is an over/under in which you're able to choose the round most appropriate for the situation.
