Rifle Gun Hunting
How can an ex-felon go rifle hunting?
My girlfriend is an ex-felon. She loves to go hunting but cant hunt for herself with my gun. She cant even carry or hold it out there. My question is does anybody know how she can get her rights restored or even if that is possible? What is the likelyhood of that happening? Thank you
Forget firearms federal law doesnt recognize pardons or expungements. Check your state laws blackpowder muzzleloaders may not be considered firearms.
Also check local laws on archery and crossbows.
