Sauna Suit for weight loss?
I've been using a homemade sauna suit witch consists of a poncho/trash bag, 2 shirts, and 2 light jackets for a little less than a week now. I've been eating right like salads, water,etc. I was wondering since after I sweat like a fat guy stranded in a desert after jogging approximately a mile or so I would lose weight. Or maybe it's just water weight. Please tell if this is the right thing to do.
P.S. I always rehydrate after the exercise. Thanks!
Unless that's fun, don't bother. It won't help you lose weight. Water isn't the problem. You need to lose fat - and that just takes weeks and weeks. So just do your diet - have some fun exercising - and don't weigh yourself for a couple weeks - and don't even be surprised if you haven't lost anything in that amount of time. Sometimes the body takes a while to start using your fat as energy.
