It is described as a 14 inch blade, but does that mean the blade itself is 14" or the entire length of the knife?
Also is that brand good quality an should I buy it for the price?
Judging by the proportions, I'm pretty sure 14" is the total length.
It's similar in size and shape to the old Western brand of Bowie blade, though a lot more expensive.
If you want it as a knife to carry and use, go look for the Western brand.
