what do you think about this wedding theme?
Ok so we want an outside wedding, havent decided on a date yet but want to get some plans done while we're deciding. sooo. My fiance comes from a classy family who loves hunting. So we were thinking camo black and white, like Mossy Oak camo.
My fiance wants himself and groomsment to wear white tuxes with camo vests and ties
I want my bridesmaids to wear black dresses with camo waist belts
and my dress to just have a hint of camo,.. maybe camo trim on the vail or trim on a waist ribbon or something like that... Maybe its a little out of the ordinary and a little redneck but i think its special and fun!
any other ideas to add to the theme???
oh and is mom loves the idea! and yes the whole point of the camo wedding is to have something that everyone will remember! and its NOT a joke... although i figured I would get that response
There are some really cute things you can do for a camo themed wedding for decorations.
Have your wedding and reception outdoors. You can have nature be your decoration. Rent a large tent and have the reception inside.
For centerpieces for your reception, get a bunch of large mason jars, pop some hold in the top of the cover, add battery-operated white christmas lights and you have what's called "Fireflies in a Jar." It's super cute. To add more "nature' to it, place rock and branches around the jar.
For wedding favors, give your guests personalized sunscreen or sugar cookies that are decorated with camo colors.
